Outbound Sales Agents

Our client is seeking Outbound Sales Agents for its busy and friendly office/ call centre .

The role would require the candidate to make telephone clients, to promote special offers etc.

 Outbound Call Centre Agent

“We are looking for Outbound Call Centre Agent to join our clients busy grocers team.  We sell on behalf of our client, major food and drink brands on promotion to a wide range of well know established high stores throughout the UK.

You will ideally have experience in sales or be looking to progress from a customer service/call centre background. Full induction and training is provided with further development as standard. Please note this is NOT cold calling and our client customers are looking for great offers which suit their business demands..”

Requirements/Skills

• Must be confident with an excellent telephone manner
• Have plenty of energy and a positive can do attitude
• Engage with our customers to turn a no thank you into a sale!
• Be customer centric
• Good PC skills

Hours

Monday to Friday 09:30 – 18:00 (Start time and end times may vary)
