Manager – Romsey location

Our professional and successful client located in the Romsey outskirts are sourcing a motivated and competent Manager to join a small and friendly team.

The company are involved in mail order swimming pool supplies and looking for a candidate who will be eager to learn products and supplies.  A relevant product knowledge would be useful but extensive training will be given.

Ideal candidate will be a graduate looking for career potential and opportunity and will possess the following abilities and experience

  • IT experience – Excel – Spreadsheets, Word and Desktop Publishing
  • Managerial skills as responsibility to run company day to day will be required
  • Customer service
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Numeracy and communication skills

Hours & Salary

9am – 5pm     Winter months

9am – 6pm     Summer months – May, June and July

Salary is negotiable on experience

Internal Sales Administrator – Romsey location

Our local and friendly client situated in the Romsey area are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

 

  • Deal with customers enquiries received over the telephone, fax, email or via the web.
  • Pricing, quotes and following up quotes.
  • Process order acknowledgements and batch orders for invoicing.
  • Tele-sales – ringing 10 customers or potential customers per day.
  • Ensuring customers files are up to date
  • Customer credit application forms.
  • Organise and assist with paperwork in relation to freight and transport and arrange branch transfers.
  • Assist with warehouse duties as required – some heavy lifting maybe required
  • Dealing with orders or potential orders for hire and sales.
  • Any other administration duty in relation to your job title.
  • Assist other members of the team if necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Hours and salary

Monday to Friday   8am – 5pm

Salary negotiable on experience

Outbound Sales Agents

Our client are seeking Outbound Sales Agents for their busy and friendly office environment.

The role would require the candidate to make telephone clients, to promote special offers etc.  Not a cold calling environment.

Hours

Monday to Friday           Hours:     09:00 – 18:00

The successful candidate will possess:

Inbound Sales Agents

To receive telephone calls from customers who are looking to change energy supplier for gas and electric.

Preferably with energy experience.

  • 4 days a week        Hours – 11:30 – 20:00
  • Saturdays                                09.00 – 13.0

Full training will be provided

  • Must be confident with a good telephone manner
  • Have good IT skills
  • Be self -driven with a passion for sales
  • Previous experience of working in a busy call centre highly desirable

Also 2 Agents required to work Monday to Friday

  • Hours -  08:00 – 16:30

Clinical Negligence Case Screener

Based in either Richmond upon Thames or Southampton

Our professional  and friendly client are sourcing an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their busy and successful team.

The position of a Clinical Negligence Case Screener has been requested to review and vet new enquiries for our clients leading Clinical Negligence team.

Training will be required

The successful candidate:

  • Must have an excellent medical knowledge  (would suit a Senior Nurse)
  • Will have excellent client handling skills
  • Will be methodical and able to assess claims quickly whilst maintaining empathy
  • Must have some knowledge of medical claims/complaints handling

Solicitor – Property Litigation – Southampton location

Our client located in the outskirts of Southampton are looking for an experienced solicitor within the Property Litigation sector.

Property Litigation is one of our clients strongest practice areas with an increasing workflow.  Candidates must be willing to specialise in this area and will ideally have experience in both commercial and residential property litigation.

Candidates must:

  • Property Litigation  2 – 5  years’ PQE
  • Have the ability to process a large or complex caseload effectively and efficiently
  • Meet clients’ expectations and provide the service they require
  • Have knowledge of law, legal precedents, practice and procedure to include advocacy
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Be able to manage own caseload with minimum supervision

 

Tax Manager – Lymington area

Our client located in the Lymington area are sourcing an experienced Tax Manager for their busy and friendly practice.

The ideal candidate will provide a comprehensive tax service to the clients private sector.  The services will include personal and capital gains tax and trust returns and accounts.  There is scope for those with relevant experience to offer PAYE and Corporation tax advice.

Skills, knowledge and Qualifications required:

Qualified by experience, and qualified to ATT level at least, in carrying out personal income, capital gains tax and trust compliance and in advising clients and dealing with the Revenue.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a role
  • Has knowledge of BPR and APR and ideally PAYE
  • Must have excellent client handling skills and attention to detail
  • Client would consider those who are very experienced in tax work but who do not have formal qualifications

Candidate’s must be willing to travel to other offices using their own vehicle (for which a mileage rate will be paid) to meet clients as necessary.

The candidate will also be motivated and looking to develop the tax service as part of the growth plans for the sector.  Candidates must therefore have the ability and willingness to help with marketing, networking and PR that is required.

Education and experience
